2 Spring onions
250g Broccoli
1 Red capsicum
1 Yellow capsicum
150g Button mushrooms
1 Table spoon sesame oil
1 Garlic clove, crushed
2 teaspoons Grated fresh ginger
35g Halved pitted black olives
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Sweet chilli sauce
1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
Preparation
Finely slice the spring onions. Cut the broccoli in small florets
Cut capsicum in halves, remove seeds and membrane. Cut into thin strips. Cut mushrooms in half.
Heat oils in a wok or large frying pan. Add garlic, ginger and onions. Stir-fry over medium heat for 1 minute.
Add broccoli, capsicum, mushrooms and olives. Stir-fry for 2 minutes, or until vegetables are bring in colour and just tender.
Combine soy sauce, honey and chili sauce. Place sesame seeds on an oven tray, toast under hot grill until golden. Pour sauce over vegetables, toss lightly to combine. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
