2 Apple
4 Banana
3 Tangerin
1 cup Whole Grain Rice
(not min rice)
Preparation
Boil / Steam rice
Slice your apples and bananas as thin as possible and then cut to quarter sized pieces
Cut each tangerine slice in half
Mix all your fruit
When rice is ready place into a 10oz bowl but only fill half way
Then place 2 spoons of fruit on top and lightly sprinkle cinnimon
