This one both you and the kids will like! The chiles give it a kick without the heat.
8 oz Uncooked elbow macaroni,
Cooked and drained
2 cups (8oz) shredded processed
American cheese
2 (4oz) cans Diced green chiles,
Undrained
1/4 cup Milk
1/8 tsp Ground black pepper
1/4 cup Chopped parsley, optional
In large bowl, combine macaroni, cheese, chiles, milk and pepper. Spoon into greased 1 12/ qt casserole; cover. Bake at 350* F. for 45 minutes or until hot. Garnish with parsley if desired.
