A very quick and light way to serve Fettucini. Would be a great side dish with grill meat.
1 lb Fettucini
6 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp Fresh parsley, finely
Chopped
1 cup Non-fat, plain yogurt
Cook the fettucini according to package directions, then drain well. Mix the garlic with the olive oil, parsley, and yogurt. Pour the yogurt mixture on the fettucini, and mix well. Serve right away.
