Ingredients
2 pkgs. (8 ounces Each) low-fat cream cheese, softened
1 ½ cups Shredded low-fat white Cheddar or Monterey jack cheese
1 Ripe black avocado, peeled and seeded
1 Small onion
1 clove Garlic, crushed
1 can (3 to 4 oz.) green chilies, drained, or jalapenos, if you like it hot
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a food processor, and process until very smooth.
