Ingredients

8 " whole wheat wrap/tortilla
3/4 cup Reduced sodium canned black beans, rinsed and drained
2 tbsp Grated smoked Gouda cheese
1/4 cup Zucchini
1/4 Chopped onion
1/4 cup Red pepper
2 tsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Nonfat plain yogurt
1 tbsp Salsa

Preparation

Chop all veggies and saute in olive oil. Fill wrap with beans, cheese, veggies. Roll up burrito, spray lightly with cooking spray, and broil until golden brown and crispy on the outside. Top with yogurt and salsa
