A great snack or breakfast on the go.
1/3 cup Lowfat or nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup Lowfat or nonfat milk
1/2 Ripe banana, peeled
1/2 cup Frozen strawberries
2 tablespoons Orange juice
In a blender, whirl all ingredients together for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and frothy.
