A great meal when your on the go! You have to try this one!!<br />
16oz Soft tofu
1/2 Medium ripe banana
1 cup Orange juice
2 tbsp Honey
1 cup Fresh or frozen berries or
Other fruit
1 cup Ice
blend togther tofu, banana, orange juice, honey and fruit until smooth. Add ice, then blend until creamy.

I'm just wondering if this could really be so few calories, with 16 oz. of tofu, juice, and half a banana? Or does this make more than one serving? Seems too good to be true.
