Pork Stir Fry

A quick and easy entree that taste great.

Ingredients

1 lb Lean bonless pork loin

1 tbsp Low-sodium soy sauce

1 tbsp Vinegar

2 tsp Vegetable oil

1 clove Garlic, minced

1/2 tsp Ground ginger

16 oz Package stir-fry vegetables

Steamed rice

Preparation

Slice pork into 1/4" strips

Marinate in soy sauce, vinegar, 1 tsp oil, garlic, and ginger for 10 minutes. Heat vegetable oil in pan until hot. Add pork and stir-fry 5 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. Add vegetables. stir, cover and simmer until vegetables are tender.

Serve over steamed rice.
