Ingredients

1 15oz Can garbanzo beans
5 tbsp Lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp Peanut butter
2 Garlic cloves crushed
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Salt

Preparation

Drain garbanzo beans, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor; blend 3 to 5 minutes or until smooth.
