Chicken Pesto

Pasta with a creamy sauce that's great any night of the week!

Ingredients

4 Boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)

1 1/2 tablespoons Olive oil

1 jar (12 ounces) chicken gravy

1/4 cup Water

2 tablespoons Prepared pesto sauce

2 teaspoons Lemon juice

3 cups Hot cooked pasta

2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

In large skillet, cook chicken in oil until brown on both sides. Cover; cook 6 to 8 minutes or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken; keep warm. Combine gravy, water, pesto and lemon juice in same skillet; heat until bubbly, stirring occasionally. To serve, place chicken on pasta; spoon sauce over chicken and sprinkle with cheese.
