Ingredients

1 cup Long grain brown rice
1/2 cup Barley

Preparation

Rinse grains. Add 1 1/3 cups water to the grains and soak overnight. The next day, bring to a boil and then simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and let steam for 10 minutes.
