Ingredients

2 1/2 pounds Ground pork
2 tbl Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp Dried thyme
1/2 tbl Paprika
1/8 tsp Bay leaf, ground
1/8 tsp Dried sage
2 1/2 Teaspons liquid smoke

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork with the garlic, black pepper, cayenne pepper, thyme, paprika, bay leaf, sage, and liquid smoke.

Cook's Notes

This is not a hot sausage. Can add more cayenne if want to make it hotter. Good in Cajun recipes crumbled and browned.
