Ingredients
1/2 cup Cabbage
1/2 Carrot
1/2 cup Broccoli
1/2 cup Cauliflower
1/2 cup Kale
1 tbsp Ume vinegar
Preparation
Add all ingredients to small amount of boiling water for 1 minute. Remove with slotted spoon and season with ume vinegar to taste.
