Banana Shake

Freeze and then use those extra bananas for this awesome shake.

Ingredients

1 Large, ripe banana, frozen
3/4 cup Nonfat milk
 Optional ingredients:
 Ground cinnamon
 Chocolate syrup
 Fresh strawberries

Preparation

Peel frozen banana and whirl in blender with milk until blended. Add optional ingredients as desired.

Add one scoop of protein powder this will give the shake 25 - 35g of protein depending on brand used.
