A spruced up, tangy recipe with poppy seed noodles!

Ingredients
1 pound Beef sirloin, cut into narrow strips
1 tablespoon Vegetable shortening
1 Medium onion, sliced
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup Sour cream
1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, undrained
2 tablespoons Ketchup
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Poppy Noodles (recipe below)
Poppy Noodles:
toss 4 cups Hot cooked noodles with 1 tablespoon butter and 1 teaspoon poppy seed.
Preparation
In large skillet, brown beef strips in hot vegetable shortening. Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is crisp-tender. Combine soup, sour cream, mushrooms with liquid, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce; pour over beef mixture. Cook and stir over low heat until hot. Serve over Poppy Noodles.
