Ingredients

1.5 lbs Ground beef or fake meat substitute
2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese or mexican cheese
1 package Taco seasoning
3 Soft taco size flour tortillas
1/4 cup Chopped onion (optional)
Canned jalepenos (about 2 jalepenos chopped up) optional for spice and flavor
1 Avocado chopped
1 Tomato chopped
Sour cream

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

cook meat and onion, and jalepeno in a fry pan until meat is fully cooked. Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water and continue to cook until seasoning is well mixed in.

Using an oven proof pie plate place one tortilla in the bottom. Layer 1/3 of the cooked beef and top with a little shredded cheese. Repeat process 2 more times until you have 3 tortillas. Meat and cheese will be the top layer. Top the whole thing with a good amount of shredded cheese.

Do not use much shredded cheese in the middle layers.

Place in oven for about 10-15 minutes until cheese is all melted. Do not over cook or your tortillas will get hard.

Take out of the oven and using a pizza cutter slice it into 4 pieces.

The avocade, tomato, and sour cream are toppings for your taco pie.
