Easy marinade to make - good for beef or poultry!
Low sodium soy sauce
Chopped green onions
Minced garlic - lots!!
Chopped bits of ginger
Put it all in a ziplock bag with your meat and let it sit for a couple of hours.
Use as much soy sauce as you need to cover the meat you want to cook. I love garlic - so you can put more or less in your marinade. And you can use as much or as little chopped ginger as you want.
