Ingredients
2 Celery sticks, cleaned
1-15 oz Can of chick peas
1/4 Tahini
1 clove Garlic, finely chopped
1/3 c Lemon juice (to taste)
2 tbsp H2O
1 tbsp Olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Lemon zest
Preparation
Puree all ingred. except celery & lemon zest.
Stuff each celery stalk with 1 Tbsp of hummus, top with lemon zest.
Can chill ahead of time.
