Cup Custard

Egg custard is a popular international dish. It can be served hot or cold as a dessert, breakfast, or snack!

Ingredients

1 cup Milk
1 Egg
2 tbsp Sugar
1/8 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Vanilla

Preparation

Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar and salt. Pour milk over egg mixture and stir. Add vanilla and pour into custard cups. Place cups in pan of hot water and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until firm and jelly-like. Remove and serve warm or chill - your preference.
