Ingredients

2 1/2 c Cooked chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
3/4 c Celery, chopped
1 c Seedless red grapes, chopped
3/4 c Mayonnase OR
1 tsp Dijon mustard + 1 cup plain yogurt, salt and pepper
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Lemon zest
1/2 c Slivered almonds, they can be toasted if you like but don't over cook them,.

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.

Chill well for about an 1/2-1 hour, serve

Leftovers may be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
