Ingredients

6 slices Lamb or beef liver

1/4 cup Olive oil

Juice of one lemon

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon Cumin

Chopped parsley

One Med.onion thinly sliced

Preparation

Wash liver and cut into small pieces.

Marinade the liver in lemon juice, salt, pepper and cumin

for an hour

fry the liver in hot olive oil until well done

Serve sprinkled with lemon juice, chopped parsley and the thinly sliced onion.

Can serve over rice or over toasted pita bread.
