Kebbeh with pine nuts

Ingredients

1 lb Ground lean beef or lamb

2 Large onions, finelly chopped

1/3 cup Pine nuts

1/4 cup Butter

Salt and pepper

Dried mint leaves

Lemon juice- fresh

Preparation

Fry the onions in hot butter until golden. Add the pine nuts and saute until golden brown. Add the above ( onions and pine nuts) to the uncooked ground meat and mix well ( you can use hands)

Press the mix into a square pan and bake in a heated oven at 350 until golden brown.

Cut into squars and sprinkle with lemon juice and mint leaves.
