A Pulled Pork recipe that follows the Eat Clean Diet.

Ingredients

2 lb. Pork tenderloin
1 Onion, chopped
1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
1 cup Chicken broth
6 oz. Tomatoe paste
1/2 cup Mustard
2 tbsp. Honey
1 tsp. Onion powder
1/2 tsp. Cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. Worcester sauce
1 tsp. Garlic powder

Preparation

1. The night before, combine pork, onion, and vinegar in crockpot. Cook on low overnight.

2. In the morning, combine the remaining ingredients and add to the crockpot. Using two forks begin shredding pork, mixing completely. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Cook's Notes

Suggestions: Serve pork over diced sweet potatoes and green beens on the side.
