Ingredients
1 pounds Ground turkey
1 tbsp Dried sage
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 tsp Ground pepper
1/2 tsp Dried sweet basil
1/2 tsp Ground cloves
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Olive oil for frying
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients except the oil in a large bowl and mix well.
Divide the mixture into 20 equal portions and shape each into a patty about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
Put the oil in a large frying pan and place the pan over moderate heat. When the pan is hot, brown the patties on both sides (making sure that they are cooked thoroughly).
Serve with sliced cucumbers, celery stalks, or string beans.
