Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Ketchup
1 cup Maple syrup or sugar free for lower carb
1/3 cup Reduced sodium soy sauce
1 Tablesppon quick cooking tapioca
1 1/2 teaspoons Ground allspice
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
2 packages Fully cooked meatballs or vegetarian meatballs
1 can 20oz pineapple chunks drained.
Preparation
1. combine ketchup, maple syrup, soy sauce, tapioca, allspice, and mustard in the corck pot slow cooker.
2. Partially thaw and sperate meatballs. Carefully stir meatballs and pineapple chunks into ketchup mixture.
3. Cover: cook on lowe for 5-6 hours. Stirle before serving. Place cocktainl picks in each meatball for appetizers. Or place ingredients over cook rice for a meal.
