Ingredients

Low-fat or fat-free milk, 1 cup
Banana (peel, slice, and reeze the night before), small
Frozen berries, 1/2 cup
Old-fashioned oats, 1/4 cup
peanut butter, 1 tbs P

Preparation

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until desired consistency. For thicker smoothie add a few ice cubes.
