12 ounces Rotelle pasta
1 pound Lean ground beef or turkey
1 package (1.25 oz) taco seasoning
1 28 oz. Can diced peeled tomatoes in juice
1/2 cup Water
1/2 teaspoon Salt to taste
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium high heat, saute meat until most of the pink is gone, breaking it into small pieces. Stir in taco seasoning, tomatoes with juice, water and salt. Bring to a boil and simmer until thickened about 10 minutes, stirring occassionally. Drain pasta and place in a large bowl. Add sauce and toss to coat. Spinkle cheese over each serving.
