Good way to dress up boring fish sticks!
1 carton (8 oz. ) sour cream
1 tablespoon Taco seasoning mix
1 package (18-30 count) crunchy fish sticks
1 box (12 count) taco shells, heated
2 cups Shredded lettuce
1 Large tomato, diced
1. Combine sour cream and taco seasoning.
2. Bake fish sticks according to package directions.
3. Fill taco shells with taco-seasoned sour cream, lettuce, 2-3 baked fish sticks, tomatoes, or any other desired toppings.
Other optional toppings can be shredded cheddar cheese, salsa, onions, avocados, olives, peppers, or anything else you like in tacos! *Nutrient Information based on substitution of low-fat sour cream with regular sour cream
