Fish Stick Tacos

Good way to dress up boring fish sticks!

Ingredients

1 carton (8 oz. ) sour cream

1 tablespoon Taco seasoning mix

1 package (18-30 count) crunchy fish sticks

1 box (12 count) taco shells, heated

2 cups Shredded lettuce

1 Large tomato, diced

Preparation

1. Combine sour cream and taco seasoning.

2. Bake fish sticks according to package directions.

3. Fill taco shells with taco-seasoned sour cream, lettuce, 2-3 baked fish sticks, tomatoes, or any other desired toppings.

Cook's Notes

Other optional toppings can be shredded cheddar cheese, salsa, onions, avocados, olives, peppers, or anything else you like in tacos!

*Nutrient Information based on substitution of low-fat sour cream with regular sour cream
