Good all year round. Have a "Christmas in July" party!
2 pints Peppermint ice cream, softened
2 quarts Milk
2 quarts Ginger ale
Few drops of peppermint extract
Red food coloring
Put ice cream in punch bowl. Add milk, ginger ale, flavoring, and a few drops of food coloring. Stir until ice cream floats in small pieces. Serves about 32.
For an added holiday touch, offer candy canes as "stirrers"!
