This is a "must have" at our family get-togethers. Perfect for holiday parties! One of my grandma's best recipes!
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 package (6 oz) cream cheese
1 package Knox gelatin
2 tablespoon Water
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 Small onion, diced very fine
1 cup Finely diced celery
1 can (7 oz) crab meat
Heat soup and cream cheese over low heat. Disolve gelatin in water and add to soup mix. Add all ingredients together. Put in refrigerator to settle.
You can serve with crackers or even spread it on celery sticks. And for a lower fat or lower sodium version, use low sodium cream of mushroom soup, low fat cream cheese, and low fat mayo.

I had this recipe 20 years ago and everyone loved it. I lost the recipe and was so glad to find it here. I will surprise my family and make this again over the weekend for a get together we have planned...it is sure to be a hit! Thanks.
