Ingredients

1/2 cup Fat-free or soy milk
6 oz Fat-free vanilla yogurt
1 tsp Apple pie spice
1 Medium apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
2 tbsp Cashew butter
handful of ice

Preparation

Blend milk, yogurt, apple pie spice, apple, cashew butter and ice. Transfer to glass and eat with spoon.
