Ingredients

4 3-oz Packages desired flavored gelatin
2 cups Boiling water
1-1/2 cups 1% lowfat milk
1 4-serving-size package instant vanilla pudding mix

Preparation

1. In a medium bowl dissolve the gelatin in boiling water. Cool for 30 minutes.

2. In a large bowl combine the 1% lowfat milk and pudding mix. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute. Gradually beat in gelatin mixture. Pour into a 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Chill in refrigerator for several hours.

3. To serve, loosen sides and dip bottom of pan in hot water for 20 seconds. Turn out onto a cutting board and cut into desired shapes.

Makes 20-30 2-inch shape

Cook's Notes

Great for the kids! I'd give it a 3 for the adults though. They have a cool texture that kids love and they're are fun to make. I made mixed berry and personally, it didn't have the best taste. Maybe a different flavor would be better.
