Ingredients

2 16 oz Cans Great Northern or navy beans
1 6 1/2 oz Can of solid or chunk tuna
1 cup Chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp Dried basil
1/2 cup Chopped green onions
4 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
1/3 cup Vegetable oil
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper

Preparation

Drain beans, rinse, drain again.

Place beans in a large serving bowl.

Drain tuna and add to serving bowl, break up chunks with fork.

Add parsley, basil and green onions, mix well.

Combine lemon juice, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper in a glass jar with a tight lid.

Shake until well mixed.

Pour dressing over salad, stir gently.
