Ingredients

1 cup Lowfat milk

1/4 cup Cereal (your choice)

1 tbsp Banana instant pudding mix

Preparation

Shake all ingredients in container with tight-fitting lid or stir in glass until well blended. Sip milk and spoon cereal.
