1 cup Lowfat milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1-1/2 tbsp Sugar*
1/4 tsp Orange-flavored powdered drink mix (no sugar added) OR 1 tsp orange-flavored powdered drink mix with sugar
*Sugar is not necessary if using sweetened powdered drink mix
Shake all ingredients in container with tight-fitting lid or stir in a glass until well blended.
