2 Salmon Fillets,
Butter, melted
Lemon pepper
Remove skin from fish.
Add 1 tbs extra light olive oil to pan.
Over medium heat, add fish and cook 4 minutes per side.
Meanwhile add lemon pepper to melted butter.
Remove fish and drizzle lemon butter over the top and serve.
