Ingredients

2 cups Vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 cup Canned crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1/4 cup Light coconut milk
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon Bottled ground fresh ginger (such as Spice World)
6 Ice cubes

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until well blended. Serve immediately.
