Ingredients

2 cups Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon Flour
2 tablespoons Bread crumbs
8 ounces Elbow macaroni
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
2 cups Milk

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook macaroni in boiling water until done--about 8 minutes.

Whisk milk and flour in a saucepan. Keep stirring over medium heat until the sauce starts to get thicker.

Add salt, pepper and 1-1/2 cups to the milk mixture. Stir until the cheese melts. Then add cooked macaroni.

Pour mixture into a casserole. Top with the rest of the cheese and then the breadcrumbs. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
