Ranch Hand Dip
6 tablespoons (3 oz) lowfat cottage cheese
6 tablespoons (3 oz) buttermilk
2 tablespoons (1 oz) mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Pinch garlic powder
Pinch onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Black Bean Dip
1 can (15 oz) black beans drained
1/3 cup Water
1/4 cup Mild or spicy salsa
6 sprigs Fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons Lime juice
1/2 teaspoon Ground cumin
Salt to taste
For each of the above recipes, place all the ingredients in a blender. Cover. Blend until smooth.
