Great way to use leftover turkey or chicken.
2 packages Frozen broccoli spears or 1 bunch fresh
3 cups Cooked chicken or turkey cubed
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 cans Cream of chicken soup
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1/2 - 1 tsp Curry powder
1/2 cup Grated cheddar cheese
1 cup Dry cooked rice
In large casserole layer cooked rice, broccoli, and chicken. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl, except cheese. Pour over caserole, top with grated cheese. Bake 350 degrees F, 35 minutes.
