Ingredients

Puffs:
2 tbs Butter
1/4 cup Boiling water
1/4 cup Flour
Dash of salt
1 Egg
1/4 cup Shredded Swiss cheese
Filling:
2 cups Cooked crab (not the fake stuff)
1/4 cup Minced celery
2 tbs Mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper
Dash of curry

Preparation

In a saucepan bring water to a boil, add butter, flour and a dash of salt. Stir vigorously until mix forms 1 big ball, don't separate, remove from heat. Add 1 egg and beat until smooth. Stir in 1/4 cup Swiss cheese. Drop dough onto greased cookie sheet with a tablespoon and bake 20 minutes in 400 degree oven. Remove and cool, then split.

Stuff with filling.

For filling, mix all of the filling ingredients and stuff puffs prior to use.
