Ingredients

Butter
2 slices Bread
1 Slice of provolone or mozzarella cheese
6 slices Pepperoni
3 tbl Pizza sauce
Additional pizza sauce

Preparation

Butter one side of each bread slice. Place one of them butter down in the pan. Top with the cheese, pepperoni and pizza sauce topping with other slice of buttered bread.

Cook until done, turning once.

Serve with additional pizza sauce.

Note: I put all sorts of various pizza fixins on these and sneak in the healthy veggies!
