Ingredients

1 lb Ground beef
2 cans French cut green beans
2 cans (small) cream of mushroom soup
Seasoning salt
Pepper
1 lb Bag tattertots
8 oz (or more) shredded cheddar cheese
9 X13 casserole pan

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F

Brown the ground beef, and season with spices to taste.

Add green beans and cream of mushroom to the meat, mix well and heat till bubbling.

Transfer mixture to casserole pan, and smooth out.

Cover with tattertots (line them up.)

Cover with shredded cheese.

Put into oven until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbling on edges.

Let sit for a few minutes then devour!!

My kids and husband LOVE this recipe. It also is great for eatting the next day as well.
