Ingredients

1 lb Ground turkey breast
1 Medium onion - coursely chopped (1/2 cup)
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 package (10 ounces) frozen green peas, thawed
1 package (3 ounces) chicken flavor reduced-fat baked ramen noodle soup mix

Preparation

1. Cook turkey and onion in 12 inch nonstick skillet over medium heat about 8 minutes, stirring occaionally, until turkey is no longer pink.

2. Stir in tomatoes, peas and seasoning packet from soup mix. Break up noodles, stir into turkey mixture. Heat to a boiling, stirring occasionally; reduce heat.

3. Cover and simmer about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally to separate noodles, until noodles are tender.
