1 1/2 lb Ground turkey
1 Egg white
1 tbsp Sesame oil
Dash of pepper
2 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Thai fish sause
3 tbsp Soy sauce
2 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Dry Sherry
2 tbsp Cornstarch
1/2 cup Green onions
Mix all ingredients well with a beater to break the meat. Mold into baby meatballs and put six on a skewer. Broil until cooked through.
Dipping sauce: mix fish sauce, white vinegar, sugar and garlic to taste. Or use your favorite dipping sauce.
