Use black chai spice tea to make this Indian classic.
Bring 7 cups (56 oz) of fresh water to a rolling boil. Pour water over 10 tea bags and let steep for 3-5 minutes. Mix in 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup sugar.
Evaporated milk may be substituted for regular milk for an even creamier drink.
