Ingredients

1 lb. Turkey breast, thinly sliced
16 oz. Can plums
1 tbl Fresh grated ginger
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 c Finely chopped onion
1 bag Coleslaw mix veggies
Flour tortillas

Preparation

puree plums with liquid from can

add ginger and cinnamon

put plum mixture in bottom of slow cooker

add raw, sliced turkey breast

cook on low for 4 to 6 hours

serve on tortillas with slawmix
