Ingredients
2 bunches Broccoli, cut into florets (about 6 cups)
1/2 cup Chopped walnuts
6 Garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp. Olive oil
1/3 cup Dried cherries
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Crushed red pepper flakes
Preparation
1. Place broccoli in a steamer basket; place in large saucepan over 1 in. of water. Bring to a boil; cover & steam for 3-4 minutes or until tender.
2. Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, saute walnuts and garlic in oil until garlic is tender. Stir in the cherriers, salt, pepper flakes and broccoli; toss to coat.
