| 1 cup | Flour |
| 1 tsp | Salt |
| 1 tsp | Pepper |
| 1/2 cup | Chopped onion |
| 1 lb | Grated cheddar cheese |
| 1 pkg | Chopped spinach, defrosted and drained well, uncooked |
| 2 beaten | Eggs |
| 1/4 lb | Melted butter |
| 1 cup | Milk |
Mix eggs, butter and milk to flour. Add cheese and spinach. Grease a 9 X 13 inch pan. Pour mixture into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool. Cut into 1 inch cubes.
Best if frozen, then reheated about 30 minutes.
