Ingredients

1 cup Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1/2 cup Chopped onion
1 lb Grated cheddar cheese
1 pkg Chopped spinach, defrosted and drained well, uncooked
2 beaten Eggs
1/4 lb Melted butter
1 cup Milk

Preparation

Mix eggs, butter and milk to flour. Add cheese and spinach. Grease a 9 X 13 inch pan. Pour mixture into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool. Cut into 1 inch cubes.

Cook's Notes

Best if frozen, then reheated about 30 minutes.
